TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM All tickets purchased from this website are sold by Ingresso Group Limited located at Metro Building, 1 Butterwick, Hammersmith, London, W6 8DL company number 07477714 ("Ingresso"). Ingresso is an authorised reseller of tickets for Wicked The Musical. By purchasing a ticket you are contracting with Ingresso, not with Wicked The Musical. The contracts formed at the completion of sales on this website are solely between Ingresso (the seller) and you (the buyer) and Wicked The Musical is not a party to these contracts and Ingresso is not acting as Wicked The Musical's agent. 2. CUSTOMER DATA Wicked The Musical is responsible for the operation of this website and is the data controller for all personal data collected, including data relating to your purchase of tickets but excluding payment card data (i.e. the sixteen digit card number, expiry date and three digit security code). Wicked The Musical reserves the right to make changes to these policies from time to time to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements and for any other legitimate and lawful purpose. Ingresso has engaged Stripe Payments Europe Limited ("Stripe") to securely process transactions made on this website that require use of a payment card. Stripe carries out its obligations related to the processing of payments and ensures Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards have been met. PRICING All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Ticket prices on this website are subject to change at any time prior to placing your order. Any additional booking fees, delivery fees, service charges and venue facility fees will be indicated to you prior to placing your order. 4. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS Ticket Insurance is offered a the point of sale to give peace of mind with every booking. It may be possible, at the discretion of the Box Office, to provide an exchange to a future performance, providing up to 48 hours is given ahead of the original performance date. All exchanges will be subject to a small administration fee of £2.75. Any exchange must be made to a seat of the same, or higher, value. All tickets booked via other sales channels should contact their original point of sale. In the event of a cancelled performance, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange to a future performance, as processed by your original point of sale. 5. ALTERATIONS Performance dates, times, prices and cast are subject to change without notice. The seat allocated at time of booking is subject to change and Ingresso are entitled to issue a new seat of equivalent value and quality. 6. USE OF TICKET Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and are only valid only for the event, timed entry (for non-seated events) and allocated seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. You agree by the use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. You grant permission to the organisation sponsoring, presenting and/or producing the event for which the ticket is issued, to utilize your image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all languages, and in all media now known or hereafter devised. Please note that unless otherwise stated on this website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. 7. LIABILITY You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. Whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. You voluntarily agree that the venue management facility, Wicked The Musical, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") are expressly released by You from any claims arising from such causes, other than liability for death or personal injury caused by the Released Parties' negligence. 8. ADMISSION Venue management and Wicked The Musical reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. 9. APPLICABLE LAW These terms of purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any actions or claims under these terms of use and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; provided that nothing herein shall prevent the application and enforcement of mandatory and applicable law. If any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Wicked Direct is part of Wicked London Production Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 5710744 (“WLPL”). WLPL provides no endorsement, warrant, or guarantee as to the food, products, or services at partner restaurants (the “Partner Restaurants”). WLPL does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or validity of any information provided by WLPL in relation to Partner Restaurants and their service offerings, and it is your responsibility to confirm such information directly with the Partner Restaurant. WLPL (and its group companies, officers, agents and employees) assumes no liability, obligation, or responsibility in connection with any agreements between you and any Partner Restaurant(s) including, but not limited to, failure by you or the Partner Restaurant to keep a reservation, a Partner Restaurant’s knowledge (or lack thereof) of any special requests or dietary requirements (including any food allergies), personal injury, theft and/or damages sustained at a Restaurant, and/or the quality of the food, service, and products at a Partner Restaurant. By booking through WLPL you accept and understand that some Partner Restaurants require you to provide a deposit* and/or advance notice of cancellation in accordance with its own cancellation policy and it is your responsibility to comply with those requirements. In the event of you not adhering to that policy and/or incurring a cancellation fee, you should contact the Partner Restaurant. If you have a complaint or dispute with a Partner Restaurant, or any third party, such disputes must be directed at that party and not WLPL, and you agree to release WLPL (and its group companies, officers, agents and employees) from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected, and unsuspected, disclosed, and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute. To the fullest extent possible, WLPL disclaims all liability (including any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages) arising out of or relating to the Partner Restaurant services.
